How do I open a trade account?
Apply online with your business details and ABN. Once your application is approved you can log in to see trade prices and order online.
Who can open a trade account?
Retailers, online stores, interior designers, stylists, builders and commercial buyers with an ABN.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, $1,000 per order before GST.
How do I pay?
Trade orders are prepaid, unless your account has been approved for up to 30-day credit terms.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted for faulty goods only, reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection and with prior authorisation. Approved returns may attract a 25% restocking fee.
Do you deliver to New Zealand?
Yes, we deliver Australia wide and to New Zealand.
Can I see the rugs before ordering?
Yes, trade customers can visit our Mornington or Rosebud showroom by appointment.
Can I buy as a member of the public?
