Alternating jute braided into long strands with wool braided strands our skilful artisans create this flatwoven natural fibre rug. The strands stitched over with durable threads and glued onto the cotton backing to give the rug it's shape and structure. The mix of natural golden hue of the jute are supplemented by the neutral pallet of the dyed wool to bring out the contemporary feel to it's timeless design.

Vacuum a jute rug regularly to prevent dirt accumulating in the jute fibres. Use a white cloth to immediately clean spills by blotting it gently. Avoid rubbing the spill. Club soda may be used to neutralise acidic spills such as red wine or tomato sauce. Don't steam clean, wet shampoo or any other method that involves water saturation on a natural fibre rug.

Rug pad recommended to extend the life of rug, protect floors and minimise slipping
